I switched my policy over to Alicia's office almost a year ago when I was unhappy with the lack of service from my default agent on the app. I have been so happy with the service of her office! I just got off the phone with yet another great representative Ms. Joette (pronounced Joetta). She was very patient, kind and personable with me while we figured out some confusion I had about my current and upcoming bill. In the end she helped me figure it out and understand what to expect going forward! I do not regret switching to this office!! They have all been very transparent, communicative and professional!
