Letter says "Official Mortgage Related Documents" only to find out it's a home protection plan. More insurance. Shady marketing. I don't agree with hence this review.
Scam service posing as HOA and insurance company. No one needs it. You need home owners insurance to close your loan. Do better.
Aside from misrepresenting the documents as "Official Mortgage Related Documents," they sent the letter addressed to the *male* cosigner who does not live at the address and has not contributed anything towards the purchase of the home, instead of the female buyer who legally resides at the property and who paid for everything.
Scam!!! Billed my Credit Card without authorization.
Great product, but no website to do things.
