This business has THE BEST customer service I have come across in a very long time. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional... everything the MVA or any DMV is not. They look to take the best care of their customers and have always been more helpful than I ever expected.

I was just in their office and was waiting while the woman behind the counter was helping another man. He was very rude to her even though she was speaking in a calm quite voice and when he started getting irate with her she nicely told him that she couldn't help him. I was amazed at her professionalism. She then turned to help me and completed my transaction in a professional and timely manner. I will gladly pay the additional fee to support local businesses even if there wasn't a pandemic going on.

I went to drop off some tags that I hadn't yet gotten a chance to. The lady at the desk was already help someone ahead of me with getting insurance and it sounded like she did everything she could to get him the best rate, based on what I could hear. She started assisting me at the same time and helped me to understand more about the MD system for returning tags, and for $20 she took both sets of tags to the MVA and took care of everything for me. She gave me a photocopy of the tags just in case and called me personally as soon as she finished at the MVA. It was a great experience for me.

Maybe the lady behind the counter was overworked but she was NOT patient and seemed to get irritated at the fact that my friend had questions regarding the price gouging that this business does. When she couldn’t answer his questions she got frustrated and asked him to leave. I was speechless! If you want to be overcharged for services then by all means come to this company, otherwise RUN don’t walk to ANYWHERE else. I WILL be reporting this company and the associate behind the counter to the BBB.
