I’m very disappointed with Allstate… TheyDidn’t even cover the cost to repair the flooring in my basement when a flood took place. And I was not even notified that my policy only covered $5000 which is nothing considering you’re not damaged that was done in my basement.

My agent, Mr. WILLIAMS, is not only a NICE GUY, but he explains things VERRRY WELL! I needed a little help understanding the benefits of switching from a standard policy to the Milewise program.
