The lady Ruth that works there is great to deal with. She is always friendly and does a great job! Whenever I call in for anything I ALWAYS ask to speak with her because she is great at what she does and helping you the best that she can. I called to get a homeowners insurance quote and the girl that answered told me it would be about 2 hours on the phone to get a quote. When I asked why so long, she said well because it is a lot of questions. I then said but it should not take 2 hours and she responded with "well if we have customers come into the office and they need something we have to help them." So she basically would put me on hold to attend someone else, because that other person is more important than my business. My mom then called to get a homeowners insurance quote and she told her that the guy that does the homeowners insurance was not there. My mom then asked if she could still get a quote and she told her that she could look elsewhere. This is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with and

NEVER have I ever been in a place of business and been talked to so rudely in my life! This is how y’all get business???? Do not go there and I sure won’t be going back!

The insurance agent (Dover Harper) is a very nice man. The rates are the best I could find. But, the customer service is plain out horrible. Would think by the way those girls act we are bothering them by coming in to do business.
