Total rip off. Never answers the phone when we urgently have any insurance issue. The so called Tom Blaton agent is a full scale a**hole. Never helps with what you need and always rips you off with any inconvenient situation you might be in. Biggest rip off of all was leaving us without filing proper insurance forms with the state for 6 + months, untill we found ourselves through the tag office that technocally the insurance policy had been missing. Do not waste your time or money here.
