Highmark Direct Health Insurance Store

We dealt with Kathryn Saniecharan at this location. While she was friendly, her level of incompetence was surprising. I work in the insurance industry. When you make a mistake, you own it and make it right. Kathryn did neither of those things. We now have to pay more due to her mistake. She owes us an apology. We won't hold our breath.

I am only able to provide one star due to the convenient and clean facility. The agent, Kathryn Saniecharan, cost me nearly $300 due to her negligence. She failed to submit some information to Highmark that we provided to her. Now, everyone is claiming that someone else needs to fix it, leaving me in the middle owing more premium than I should. As a licensed P&C agent, I am familiar with how the process should function. We had to continually remind her of details that had already been provided to her in order to rectify her quote, and she still got it wrong. You go to a professional to avoid mistakes, and when they make them, you do not expect them to say that there is nothing they can do now. I came into the store today having no idea what i was doing. Kathryn helped me through the whole process. She made it so simple and easy. I look forward to working with Highmark and Kathryn in the future!

I honestly can't think of anything worse to do with my time then shop for health insurance. I made the mistake years ago about going to the .gov sites years ago and I'm still getting calls from people trying to sell me insurance. But my wife and I walked into the highmark store and in less than a half our walked out with better insurance for about the same premiums and couldn't be happier with our experience. I went in and they were professional and seemed to want to help. She helped me through the process but I called to ask a simple question or how to check up on my enrollment, was told I'd get a call back from the lady I worked with or the guy at the front desk without a response. Therefore, I ended up enrolling in a new plan as I was uncertain what was going on with my enrollment and needed to make sure I updated coverage in time.
