Trevor Russell was great to work with. He helped me with my renters and auto insurance that was very competitive. I also recently purchased a vehicle and on a very late notice Trevor and his team got everything I needed for the dealership. Highly recommended!

Mr. Russell every time I called Mr. Russell he answer on the first ring and he was extremely responsive to my emails. Mr. Russell was very thorough in his explanation on all the quotes that he received for my wife and I. He explained what every line meant and how it would be needed or not needed. On top of him being extremely thorough he saved my $1000 a year on my insurance! If you have a problem he is a phone call away and will help you at the drop of a hat. I've unfortunately had a frustrating time with Higginbotham as my FSA administrator. I don't recommend utilizing them for FSA admin purposes. Update 8/22/22 - They continue to make the FSA unnecessarily complicated. As someone who enjoys utilizing FSA dollars, I will not be funding mine with them next year because it is more of a headache to utilize my FSA through Higginbotham than to pay income tax on medical expenses.
