I recently signed up for Medicare and all that entails. Believe me, it can be quite challenging to sift through all the options for your supplemental and prescription choices. Crystal Schuder expertly and patiently walked me through all of that! No matter how many questions I had, she was able to put my mind at ease as we completed the process. I spoke with Crystal Schuder by phone and then went into her office in person. She spent TWO HOURS with me, explaining Medicare and all my options in simple terms that I could easily understand. We looked up all of my doctors and medications, and found the Advantage plan that would cover everything, at no additional cost to me. She even made a couple of phone calls to the carriers to clarify some questions for me. After all of that, I didn't owe Crystal a dime. She was so friendly and helpful, we laughed together and talked, and I felt like she really cared about the outcome for me.
