Farmers Insurance - David Offutt

We've used Mr. Offutt for several years now and have appreciated the depth of his and his team's customer care for our family. We've had multiple discussions through the years about our family's various car, home and life insurance needs because they make a great effort to understand the current priorities and goals of the family so they can provide the right services. We're thankful for their efforts to make sure we have what's needed and at the best value possible, digging to find discounts and incentives where ever possible. A reevaluation was just needed this year w/ inflation changes and they were able to find a new policy that better suits our needs.

It is such a blessing to have Michael as our insurance agent. He has been taking care of all of our families insurance needs for YEARS. Michael went over and beyond helping me with my new homeowners policy. He took the extra time to answer every single one of my questions. Even with all the background noise from my child. Would reccomend this office to anyone looking for coverage that wants to do so with ease.

I asked for insurance quotes for 2 weeks due to a new car purchase and for 2 weeks was told I would be emailed back/ phoned back and given an updated quote,I let the ladies in your local office know before we canceled we were seeking insurance with other companies due to the current increase in rates we were quoted,and supplied what the coverage/ quotes of other companies were well before we were forced to take our business elsewhere. For two weeks no one ever called me back, emailed me back or gave me a straight answer other than we'll have an agent contact you. Finally after this two week runaround I demanded to speak with a local agent , called a number of times until I was finally routed to Jo, and let me add speaking to her and the entire tone of our conversation was the final
