Sarah is a wonderful person. She is great at her job. We had a hard time after a tree fell on our house. Our bank made every step so difficult. Sarah is the best! She will ride it out with you, and fight behind the scenes to make sure everything gets done, without her we would have been completely lost. The weekly emails and check in phone calls made by Sarah through the long process (again, caused by the bank) we gained a friend, and realized how lucky we were to have such an intelligent and caring agent.
