Henry Cong - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been using Henry for my insurance needs for the past few years. He's always available when I have questions and is extremely knowledgeable about different products.

Got quote back to me quickly and answered all my questions about policy. About 12% less expensive compared to other quotes. Henry is very detailed oriented and knowledgeable.

I initially called Henry because he was a local agent in my area and I was in need to save money on my auto insurance. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. He set me up with a policy with more coverage then I had with Mercury Insurance and lower monthly payments. Super happy I made the switch.

Henry entered every piece of our information incorrectly, double billed us repeatedly, and completely failed to provide us with the level of service that we experienced with every other State Farm agent we have worked with. Pick any other agent in the area.

Very unhelpful & unprofessional. Didn’t answer the door, spoke to me via Ring camera & turned away my business.
