My experience today was far better than I could have imagined. Rod was professional, helpful, kind and extremely patient. He made what I feared to be a chore an effortless experience. Rod made the process easy and answered every question I had. He offered options and explanations. His service was FANTASTIC and I am grateful. Thank you.

My experience with this CC Brea office was phenomenal. I came in person today, Thursday, without an appointment, and was called in within 10 minutes. I spoke with Carlos who was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and patiently assisted me with all the paperwork associated with securing healthcare insurance with CC. He showed and explained to me all my options. I felt he was trustworthy and had my best interest in mind. I would recommend this office if you need help with Covered California, and to speak with Carlos if you can. He will take care of you.

Carlos Torres helped me with my medical insurance today. He did a great job asking me questions about my situation and financial means in regards to qualifying me for the most affordable options as well as options for my medical needs. I really appreciate his help. It can be very nerve racking and difficult to understand everything on your own.
