Fred Loya Insurance

At the orangethorpe branch there is no one there ever. I'm canceling my insurance with them and going back to Allstate. I will file a complaint against them. This isn't the first time. All I needed was to get my son insurance to drive.....they aren't even there. Last time they say they are in office but that was a lie. 3 days I tried to get hold of a human, nothing....we couldn't get the car registration so I had to call a different place to get a hold of THAT office to make them email it to me (proof of insurance). Never again with this very very very had company. Stay away from this company. Its bad.

What seems to be the only girl that works here (whatever her name is) is very rude and unprofessional. Got hung up on and refuses to answer the phone when I attempted to call again. I would highly recommend for others to look at other insurance companies before this one.
