I cancelled my policy back on December Betty at your office did not do her diligent work. My bank account was charged my policy was never canceled . I called them to get a refund , refund was done without the Fee that they charged me. I called the office Over 12 times they keep giving me the “we will call you back” Betty you should have the decency of call someone back and if you made a mistake you should own it . Terrible customer service I will tell everyone I know about your office

Very easy to work with. Changed our insurance over with no hitches. They also allowed us to suspend coverage on my car while we are in Florida and my car is in Kentucky. Very happy so far.

Because those cheap ones are just that cheap. Fact is there prices beat them by alot. Plus it's not just a phone number they are a brick and mortar business. Be in good hands and know you have a real company there God forbid you need them

I cancelled my policy on January 26 of 2019 they said yes we will cancel it. February came around and I tried to call left messages they never returned my phone calls and then took out my payment for February. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT
