I and my wife Dawn Yaccarino have been fortunate to have Michelle Pulido as our insurance agent. She is compassionate and caring and, in addition, totally knowledgeable in what she does. She is a dedicated and definite asset to the company.

We were a customer for 4 years with multiple commercial policies, spending PLENTY of money with them. However, Cathy and Eric left us high and dry when it came to COI renewals. After 2 emails asking on renewal certificates expiring 5 days EARLIER, they finally responded on the Friday before a long weekend, advising us that they were leaving early and wouldn't get to our paperwork until Tuesday. Leaving us unable to conduct business and without insurance for FOUR DAYS!!! They do not respond to emails. You have to follow up multiple times for them to provide you with service. You constantly feel like a bother and if you are not on top of your policy expirations, don't rely on them cause neither are they. Michelle was amazing in getting me on a policy for auto insurance when it was really needed on the last day of the month or I would not have had an active policy. She did everything she could do to address my immediate need and make me feel comfortable about the process and getting it done.

My HOA started our master policy coverage with C & C this year. While I don’t often have to interact with insurance companies or personnel, I can tell you that I am very pleased and impressed by the level of professionalism, support and prompt service that Stefanie has provided! I called in very late afternoon on a Friday requesting some information to be sent to myself and my mortgagor regarding recent policy updates. Stefanie completed my request and uploaded the documents needed by my mortgagor within 2 hours of our call.
