Estrella Insurance

I cancelled my insurance with Estrella on 11/10/25 because it was going up from $160 to almost $300 and they charged my account 4 days later. I have no DUI haven't been pulled over or nothing. They told me, my insurance is going up because of my area. I've been in my area 5 years. I'm still waiting for my money back. Every time I call they tell me it's in process. This is ridiculous. One star because I had to pick if not then it would be zero stars

I had a great experience with Estrella Insurance, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto insurance. Super grateful to my insurance agent Keilyn, very professional in her treatment, she gave us all the detailed explanations to be able to select an insurance plan according to our budget. My husband and I were extremely pleased. I highly recommend her.

Has raised my rates for no reason after having them for 4 years it’s gone from 90 a month to almost 200
