I just hate dealing with insurance, I've never liked it, nobody likes it; however, with Heath! I have 0 stress and 110% confidence with talking to him with any of my needs. I can always leave him a text, email, or call and get a response back almost every time that day! I've been with Heath now for several years, he is kind, professional, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and makes insurance manageable. I deal with life, home, and auto all with him and a reasonable rate. It's a breath of fresh air havjng an insurance agent that you can be personable with, and that values your time. I can't imagine myself switching for any reason any time soon. (Add in bonus they do classic vehicle insurance too, a service not previously offered)

My husband and I have had Country Financial for several years. We are pleased with the quick service and also the time they take to answer any question you have. We added Life insurance to our already Home, Umbrella, and Auto insurance. We also have a retirement plan with them because we were very dissatisfied with the Cornerstone plan which is a different company. You can't go wrong with Country Financial.

Definitely a 6 star insurance agency. Heath not only came in to be the lowest premium but also stayed late and made sure that I had my insurance cards for my new car purchase. Enough cannot be said about his business practices and professionalism. I will be referring as many people as possible.
