surrealistic - just trying to ask a question if I can buy insurance outside of the enrollment period, outside of the marketplace, and I had 4 reps hang up on me, one of whom described my question as an "extreme hypothetical"?! worst, weirdest customer service experience I've ever had, I can only describe these people as horrible
