Good luck to those looking for insurance assistance.** Sherie Bryan left me hanging for a year after another agent passed me onto her. She forgot about me, then was rude when I reached out to her for help, so I went through the ACA website and was contacted by a much nicer agent who helped me with my insurance choices. Shop around, people! They make money off of your plans, they should WANT your business; they’re salespeople and should be kind and at least ACT concerned. Ms. Bryan let me know she has over 450 customers…clearly too many if she can’t reach out to them during open enrollment.
