They have cheated me out of the money I've put in to their account. They ignore my calls. I can't get an answer for anyone. I'm 10 months into disability and they haven't sent me anything in the last 7 months. Total cheats
This insurance company is supposed to be for the older population, they are 3 times more expensive then other insurance companies with the same levels of coverage.
They always take time to fully educate their customers and they're unfailingly courteous!
I call and leave voicemails and never get a response. It’s been weeks now.
