Superb customer service and great auto insurance rates. When I decided it was time to cut ties with USAA bank/insurance I walked in, no appointment, to this State Farm office, and it was definitely the right move. Ms. Heidi Bannister is so gracious, patient, helpful, and really knows the insurance industry. She even took the time to call USAA and assist me on the long frustrating process of cancelling my policy. THANK YOU Ms. Bannister for making the swap-over so easy and painless. Now I know what real customer service is. I am quite sure there are no problems, only solutions, in this State Farm office.

We are new to the area and finding homeowners insurance was a little discouraging. I had tried 3 different agencies and none of them could find a policy for us. I started with an online quote, received one shortly thereafter. Harrison and his team are great. We compared previous policies, both home and car, and were able to match policies. We bundled the policies and saved. Very easy to talk to. We are happy to have found them.

Mr Lovett has been my State Farm agent since forever, always has provided me outstanding service, I have trucks, cars, house, motorcycles, boats, and a general umbrella policy with him. Besides a pile of broken windshields on my travel vehicles, I have only had one actual claim, and it was handled to perfection. I am a super pleased client.

Heidi was super helpful and a joy to talk to. She is really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She made sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend her.
