I was with this agency for over 20 years but finally had to switch somewhere else because the level of customer service was declining faster than the rates were climbing. If I were rating them on the entire time I've been with them, I'd give them a higher rating because for years they were such a great company that I used to refer everyone I know to them. And they're only getting this high of a rating because the products are good, though their pricing is high compared to others. But the past few years, anytime I had a concern, question, or even just wanted to review my policies, I was told Hans didn't have time to talk to clients. I shouldn't have to get angry and throw a fit just to be able to talk to my agent once a year, so I finally moved everything elsewhere, outside of the American

My daughter's apartment got broken into and they helped me send stuff into the renters insurance agency. They were so helpful they're the greatest people . I just love them to death. If you need anything, they're there for you ,that's for sure. They're a great company!!

Customer service is amazing. We have used them for over 9 years and now 3 of may kids use them for their home and auto insurance. Can't sat enough.
