He spoke with concern on my payments and gave me a $10 discount, he gave great detail on how to make payments online and is willing to work with me going into simple detail on helping set up payments online including auto pay! Thank you for your service! Very nice and professional and very much appreciated!

I highly recommend going to a different agent, if I could leave zero stars I would but unfortunately it doesn’t give that option. This office as a whole lacks customer service skills, professionalism, and truly listening to their customer. I could go on and on with the list of issues I had with this agent over the last year but for times sake I will simply say, if you appreciate being treated like a human and not a number or dollar sign go to another agent.

Heather was the most knowledgeable insurance agent I’ve ever talked to. She got me set up in a PA to OH State Farm agent transfer and I was super pleased to save on my previous policy. Answered all my questions, and the whole office staff created a welcoming friendly atmosphere.

I'm very happy with the quality of service I have received from State Farm. They handled my claim very quickly and made sure I was taken care of.
