Brian Planz: Allstate Insurance

This review is primarily for Emily Davis. I've contacted her twice for different questions and issues I've had over the last year and she's been the best help and support. Personally, I don't know if I've interacted with a better agent, or just all around professional in any field that I've interacted with in my life. She's very proactive and carries my best interest in whatever she does. She's prompt, thorough and did I mention proactive yet? Overall 10/10 experience because of her!

Francine is potentially the rudest most incompetent human I’ve dealt with. Can’t comprehend what the clearly stated issue is, also can’t be bothered to transfer you to a human who can better comprehend and deal with the issue. Francine also finds it acceptable to laugh and joke at people’s total loss accidents and is in my opinion completely worthless. If you want to be talked down to and treated like you’re less than Francine is DEFINITELY for you!

My local agent Jennifer Mixon is an amazing agent! She always answers her phone and is there when I need her.

I’ve been with Brian for years. Any claim that I’ve had has been handled professionally and in a timely manner. If you want to work with a professional,don’t take my word for it,give him a call and you’ll find out for yourself!

Brian is genuine. He helped me get the best possible rates on my vehicle insurance, plus he added renters insurance for just a few extra bucks. I am very happy to have found someone who is down to earth and real with me.
