Roof damaged from wind a few months ago and now from the tornado wind storm a few days ago and this insurance company is not following Ohio shingle match code which is illegal. My roof is getting further compromised by wind storms such as the one a few days ago because of their willingness to ignore and avoid providing proper funds to replace roof. That is illegal. The vice president working with my contractor is ignoring and providing 5 word responses to our countless evidence of wind damage. I hope Hanover reads this and realizes their wronging in this matter. Please provide us proper funds

Was trying to make a claim for property I had that was stolen. The lady I spoke to said she would mail the paperwork out for me to get a estimate in the property stolen. I have waited for almost 4 weeks to get that paper work. Call today and they have no record of me ever calling can't tell me why. And told me there was never a claim filed. Poor customer service. Poor services I pay for. Going through all this trouble to get this paperwork they asked me for and they never sent me what they needed me to fill out. Zaid it would be sent out today but their mail has already came. Who knows if they'll even place the claim this time. Changing my coverage to somewhere else after I file my claim. Tired of people not doing their jobs.

The worst Insurance company I ever contracted with Sue is very rude and unprofessional She will cut you off as soon you talk Don’t believe me call them right now and I can almost guarantee she will. I rarely leave reviews Please don’t believe these other reviews That says this company is great They are not This is not a good place to leave responsible for your property and belongings I’m a licensed contractor I deal with all the national companies Almost everyday I am very knowledgeable about how claim process works I never saw an office avoid paying a customer for so long It’s been months since the date is loss Still the claim isn’t even processed I’ve been calling and leaving messages for a 3 weeks straight on behalf of my client She (Sue) says she is either on the phone or in a meeting

Not happy that i am forced to get renters insurance now. Now that i have to, I'm unable to pay on line due to living where their online services are not acceptable. I have to call everytime to make a payment now.
