Ayres has been my agent for years and they have helped many of my clients. I suffered a major loss while being insured with them and I was treated like a king. I filled out a request form online for quote. Sales Mgr. Jeff Aponik emailed me a form to fill out. I filled it out and sent it back same day. I received email from him later that said form was blank. I checked my sent email and I had sent blank one back by accident. I immediately sent completed form as attachment. No response in 4 days. Called just to let them know and asked for manager. Susan said she was manager and would look into it. I will update if I ever hear back.... Email today: I received the message that you called about the home insurance quote request. I have not received any additional emails from you after your initial reply with the blank quote form attached. I am sorry if there was a disconnect but I have not been able to locate another email from you. Please l

I am Ayers customer since 2002 and I have past claims on both Auto and Home. On both the occasions, they helped me very well. Very seamless process. I recommended few others and no one have any issues with them as of now.
