Recently purchased a used vehicle. While at the dealership, I was able to contact Hanckel Citizens and get coverage on the new to me vehicle! Heather went above and beyond to ensure (get it?) I received quality customer service. Great company with great reps! 10/10 would recommend.

Oh my, where do I begin to praise Hanckel Citizens Insurance Company? Let me begin by saying how amazing, efficient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable Colleen Marshall and Julie Jason are. My husband of 47 years took care all the insurance business for us. When he died I was clueless and insecure. These two awesome women came to my rescue. I am forever indebted to them. And, I am grateful for all that they do.
