It's sad to see all these negative remarks about Nancy. All I can say is that I met her through my mother 3 years ago and she has been doing my taxes as well as my son's and our auto insurance. Nancy was able to get me the lowest rate with a good company. Haters will hate but actions speak louder than words! Thank you Nancy

Came to do my taxes for the 2nd year but the worse place ever waited over 2 hours for Nancy to show up and didn't even apologize her assistant just keep on telling us that she was just late and wast replying to her text. The 1st year she did the same thing so forget this place not coming back...so unprofessional.

Nancy has been taking excellent care of my family for the past 5 years. She gets extremely busy and is a one woman show, but she is knowledgeable, fair and honest.

Looked this company up on Google and called to get quotes. First of all successful businesses set up an answering machine. Secondly, if you have no one answering phones how do you expect to get business. I was working with Nancy and she even gave me her cell number. Well that phone has a mail box that is full. On the third day, after doing most of my communication through email, she sends an email saying they don't insure one of the many things I was getting quotes for. I replied back saying well what about the other things I needed insurance on. To this day no response and that was a week ago. Sad part is with no way to communicate by telephone and she won't respond to emails I was left hanging. What a waste of 3 days where time is money! Do yourself a favor and only work with this brok

They are unprofessional,dishonest,and worst of all thieves.On Apr.22 ,16 I walked in & spoke with Nancy Gutierrez.I. asked her if she could help me with a devorce.She gave me a quote,Igave her a $200 depossite.The following day i was served with devorce papers from my soon to be ex.Apr.24,16 i went back for my depossite.Nancy is never inn.she dont return my calls,mess.she did leave me a mess with her so called husband that i would not be getting my depossite back because she had done paperwork for my case.How can anyone do paperwork with no info.I should have known what type of people work there when i noticed the roches crawling on Nancys desk.Dime con kien andas y te digo kien eres."roach"..
