Freeway Insurance

I filled out a form online and got a call right away From Freeway. I was connected to Sylvia, who was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I told her she was my angel because I had been stressing out looking for auto insurance for my family and myself. She was able to get full coverage for me at almost half the price I was paying at another company. She told me that she was my agent and that I could call her anytime and I truly appreciate that as the last company I was with were really difficult to get a callback from etc. I was able to get insurance last night in a really short period of time and I can’t tell you how relieved and happy I am. would recommend Sylvia to anyone that is looking for Insurance!!

I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with Freeway Insurance. On February 27, I was quoted an auto insurance policy for myself and my son and was told that once I made the payment, the policy would proceed. Based on that information, I paid $466.87, which included a down payment to the carrier, broker fee, and documentation fees. I was issued a payment receipt, policy number, and carrier name (National General Insurance) and signed the documents. After my payment was taken, I was then told there was a “system glitch” and that the policy did not actually go through. Instead of immediately refunding my money, I was told I would need to wait for a cancellation and refund process or pay more money for a different policy. I just have to say that Sylvia Escamillo did an amazing job from start to finish. She went above and beyond and got me a way better rate than last year.
