If I could put 0 stars I would . Terrible adjuster , saying they can’t do anything about my claim that I have to be calling and doing everything Myself . Why do we pay insurance if we have to be doing everything our own . I’m canceling my policy with them and going somewhere else where there’s better customer service . Only time they ever call is to take a payment or when a payment didn’t go through .

Service sucks and they've messed up on my account 3 times. Somehow my road side assistance was removed from my account without my authorization so when the time came that i needed it i had to use my co workers insurance since FL wanted to charge me up to 100$ for a dead battery jump! Even though it was there fault for illegally removing my autoclub without even telling me...i then had to go into the office to re-sign up for auto club road side!

Very dishonest and unethical business. Do not insured here, they will not help you. Do not get repairs based on their own partnered body shops, they will not repair or even check everything. They will only do the bare minimum. My bumper was hit and they only wanted to pay for the paint and there's a dent in there. No where on the quote did it ever say any labor fees so they will not pay for the body shop's labor and time, only for the bare minimum for the MATERIAL you need. So if there's a huge ass dent on your car, they will only paint over it and not fix it. They will also pretty much just send you a check and say "Hey! this is all you need, here's $300 to fix your dented bumper with the paint all scratched up. Oh shoot, no way $270 was for the paint and $160 in labor? Let me send an inv

These people will try to sue you if you dont have enough insurance coverage. STAY AWAY.

Wow I whent tru so many quotes from different sources..and from the start. I knew I choose the best. They were patient and help be insure regarless of my situation thank u so much plus u offer so much for a good price I'm grateful...
