I had my policy reinstated back in September of last year and have been with Allstate since moving here from New York in 1994. I got laid off and it takes time to receive my unemployment check so I was two days late on my payment. I did receive a call regarding the payment, but I was never told my policy would drop if the payment was not on time. If I would have know the rules, I could have borrowed the money from one of my family members. It is a shame that Allstate would rather lose someone who was with them for over twenty years than to reinstate the policy a second time due to these circumstances.

The office is friendly and easy to work with. We have our home and boat insured through them. I would highly recommend this office!!
