Jamie closed a transaction for a home I purchased. While the seller chose the title company, the transaction was skewed by The Group Real Estate. The listing agent, Byron Becceril, with the Group Real Estate, had marketed the home as including a home warranty. Guaranteed Title permitted a closing of my purchase transaction dishonestly by not verifying that the warranty was in place.
