My experience was immaculate. John Artz was very helpful and well articulate. His demeanor is awesome!! And he made me feel comfortable throughout our conversation. This guy deserves employee of the month or year, because his representation with clients is genuine. I don't come across too many representatives that has his kind of demeanor. Most of them are dry, aggressive, snappy, or don't act concerned as if they don't care or want to do their job. That's why I gave a five stars up. Thank You!! John

We have been with State Farm Greg Moore office since 1991. We have been very happy. Greg and his staff are outstanding. Treanna is especially helpful. They will always take time to review, answer questions and discuss options regarding various insurances. They will also suggest ways we can reduce our bills. They are always available, quick to respond and are very knowledgeable. We have price compared from time to time and we have not been able to find anyone that is reputable to beat our State Farm rates. We are very happy. Thanks for the great relationship all these years.

Having multiple service needs, agent "JOCELYN" is the best with product knowledge, patience, with high communication skills, she makes it easy to understand and make decisions.
