For the first time in 25+ years I began the exciting task of shopping around for better auto insurance rates. Ashley P. was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with. She was able to offer a bundle for auto/renters that fit my needs, and was half the cost of what I was paying at the time. Since switching I have added another vehicle to the policy. Doing so was quick and easy. Ashley was able to add to the policy while I waited in line at the dmv. Excellent customer service provided and great coverage at a price that still surprises me. Robin was awesome! She was able to get us car insurance on a new car quickly while our current company was unwilling . Because of her knowledge and quick response we moved all our cars over to State Farm. Robin was also able to find us discounts and saved us money! Grace, was wonderful as well with her quick email responses!
