I worked with Amgad on a new policy. O had originally selected the incorrect effective date and had to rewrite into an entirely new policy. It was extremely frustrating but Amgad (BU#1618) was very patient and quickly guided me thru another policy with the correct date. He even expedited my refund for the previously issued policy.
