First Class Insurance

I found 1st class insurance my second year of running my own business in 2015. Brenda and her team have been a life saver. They manage my, vehicle insurance, liability and workman’s comp. insurance. I know I am not underinsured (my personal fear). I was looking to get homeowners and car insurance... I called them and could not get anyone to pick up the phone, so I decided to drive over there since it was not far. I walked in and there was one lady there. She seem annoyed or that I was bothering her and then started complaining that she is the only one there because of two people not showing up that day. She ended up helping me. I gave her all my info for both home and cars (and my SSN). She said she would get back to me with in a day. It has been now over a week and half. What bothers me so much is that she took my SSN and now never heard from her. At least I know where to go if I have issues, since I learned my lesson with them.
