Greg Sherlock - State Farm Insurance Agent

After a decade with this Agent I didnt get any courtesy or kindness when I asked why my premium suddenly jumped 100 dollars a month. No tickets. No accidents and 10 years of loyalty. No warning and no real explanation for the increase. Not even a hello how are you from Greg when I reach3d out. Called USAA and my bill went from 253 to 180, 20 more than it was at State Farm before they tried to rob me but still significantlyless. State Farm is a thief in the night!! Edited to reply to Greg's disingenuous, bad faith reply. Maybe I should post screen shots of our conversation. Greg is the kindest most wonderful hardworking agent in the world! I just moved to Charleston and my Statefarm agent here really made me realize even more than I already did how much he stands out as a man, person, and agent! He has stood by our side and helped us through all of our insurance needs over the many many years we were with him. He fought for us and guided us always! He is prompt and efficient!!! Really so sad I can’t keep him in SC. You can’t go wrong! Choose Greg with Statefarm!!!

Never thought I would have a great insurance agent. I keep Greg pretty busy with bundling my insurance and he never ceases to amaze me. I've been with Greg for I would say around 2 years now, give or take, so this review is long over due. He has always been extremely prompt and detail oriented with handling adds, removals and changes for auto, home and personal articles. Highly recommended for complex/multi-policy. He's also been proactive about ensuring we have all applicable discounts for each insurance type and individual.

Amazing insurance agent / company. Greg gave me the lowest rate for one of the most expensive cars to insure, and on top of that, State Farm has always been a pleasure to deal with. I've had to deal with multiple claims, and each time Greg has made sure to personally be there, and help me through the complicated claims process. Greg really makes insurance a lot less complicated.

Amazing customer service! I was shopping for auto insurance and Agent there named Sheila gave me full coverage for way lower than what I was paying. She understood my budget and made sure I was able to afford it.. She was very helpful and took her time to go through all my coverages and answered all my questions.. plus gave me all the discounts I was able to qualify for! So happy I picked this agency I can tell they really care about their customers! highly recommend!
