I had a highly disappointing experience with Mellisa Ray Agency Inc ~ MR Insurance Group while trying to secure commercial insurance. After submitting my information multiple times and completing extensive, seemingly pointless questionnaires, I received absolutely no follow-up. It felt like a complete waste of time and busy work. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch, they did not return my calls for over a week. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with commercial insurance needs. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable communication and efficient service. Look elsewhere if you value your time.
