I have been a customer since 1988. Today my policy was canceled without notification. No phone call, no text. If they emailed it was to an old account I do not use. My home is in great condition. I have always bundled home and Auto for 37 years. Today, they lost my business and I will ensure as many as possible know the poor customer service. RH Insurance replaced the previous owner who was next to my dentist. What happened to being a valued member of the community? Do better Nationwide.

Cheryl Weir always takes care of my insurance needs. If I have any questions or concerns I email her directly and get a response in minutes. She makes all of the red tape go away and my issues are always resolved. She is definitely my go to person at Nationwide. She's the best! Thank you Cheryl!
