Teresa is awesome ! I was seriously considering insuring with other companies however there's something to be said about engaging with a real human as opposed to a website. She went above and beyond in finding a policy that worked for us. She's skilled at her job and I feel confident, with her help, we made the right decision in staying with State Farm for our auto insurance needs.

Teresa Cazares was great and helpful as far as the rest of team making sure things are done in her absence wasn't good 30 days after a request for change on my policy and it's still no change for someone that drives for a company this has been a rough issue for me and unacceptable for my career
