She was very polite and even somewhat informative, but nice doen't equal quality. The rate she quoted was rediculous, over $200 for deposit and monthly each, and all she could say was Floridians are used to paying this much. That's Absolutley unprofessional and Completley unacceptable, and patenley FALSE. I deserve better and so do you. I found everything I wanted and needed, professionalism, honesty, afforadibility @ Acceptance. See my review on them.

My parents have been dealing with Kim for atleast 10 years now and sometimes I’ll have to call in to get a copy or ask a question and she has always been so sweet and so helpful to my parents and myself and my parents are a lot! They are older and ask a lot of questions lol and she will let them ask away and is so sweet to them! And everytime I’ve needed her help she jumps right on it everytime I needed something as soon as I would ask within 2 mins i would get a email not only is that rare for any company but she always so sweet about it she needs to be the manager bc she is such a great hard worker and gets things done so fast you will be in and out dealing with her

Kim was great! She was there alone for a bit today but she was still friendly, and verrry helpful! Energy was great.

They helped my friend out of a bind. She is a first time vehicle owner and has had her license less than a year. I tried to put her on my policy, but the price was astronomical. Gray & Gray sat down with us, reviewed numerous insurance carriers with us. My friend and I drove off not just with her new vehicle, we drove off with an affordable policy as well.
