I've worked with Ms Loraine for many years and I will not work with anyone else. She's always been kind, patient and goes above and beyond with every question I have and every call I have to make to her for changes. I'm not treated any differently driving a 2001 than if I drove a 2025 and it's much appreciated. Thank You Ms. Loraine for everything you've done for me and my kids and never judging.

I really can't say enough about this insurance agency. I've been in business for 30 years and dealt with a variety of agents over that time for the many insurances we have to carry (liability, commercial auto, workers comp, personal auto, homeowners, bond insurance, etc). Graham agency is head and shoulders above the rest. Fast, professional, personable and on top of every detail. We've worked mostly with Lorraine and she has been simply amazing. Highly, highly recommend!

I'm not a customer of the agency but called with a need. Dealt with Cheryl Roth and she was awesome. Super conscientious, polite and more than willing to help me out. Didn't keep me hanging and her follow-up was spot on to make sure I was all set. If that's how the Graham folks treat a non-customer, can you imagine how well they treat an actual customer?
