Cesar Loaiza: Allstate Insurance

When I switched my car insurance over to Cesar/Allstate, Cesar's staff was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. My premium dropped considerably, even tho I had the same coverage/limits as with my previous insurer. I also purchased renter's insurance also, just to give me the extra piece of mind. I am very pleased and happy with Cesar and staff

Excellent customer service! Any time I call in regarding my policy I hear back right away. When I was looking for new insurance the sales team was very responsive. I had other quotes with other companies where I was waiting for days to hear back. The agency is clean and bright. Everyone who works here is cheerful and kind. I have felt welcomed and treated like family since I first received a call for a quote. Much better than calling a 1-800 number.

Loaiza agency has been consistently excellent- i always get assistance from a helpful, knowledgeable staffer when I call with a question or problem. Turnaround time has been good when some research was required. We have been with the agency (and Allstate) for a few years now and have been very satisfied with the service.
