I recently had the need to get a quote for flood insurance so I contacted the agency on a Friday afternoon, no agent was available, the receptionist took my personal information and assured me that I would be contacted. Even sent me a text confirming I would be contact. After two weeks and no call back I stopped by the agency to find out why I did not get a call. The receptionist was very professional and organized. She was able to confirm my telephone contact but, she was unable to explain why my call had not been returned. I was eventually met with Tony, we discussed the specific coverage I need.
