Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been with this company since at least 2011. I've never had any issues. I've had at least two homes insured with them as well as numerous cars throughout the years. I called this week to see about adding a vehicle to my policy and was advised that my car insurance had lapsed due to nonpayment of their $30.00 membership fee. This has happened in previous years and their office called me and I would make this payment over the phone. Not this year- Just cancelled my insurance. I've never missed a payment for my auto or home owners as it was automatically withdrew from my account each month. I am very disappointed with Farm Bureau Hixson. Beware!

Every time I go into the farm bureau office for help with my insurance, Cindy and Tami answer my questions quickly as well being friendly to a point where i feel free to go into the office anytime I have any insurance questions.
