Channing text me back in Sept from State Farm. Meanwhile I was in hospital after a fall. Today I finally was able to call him back and he was so kind and helpful.For some unknown reason, guess it was bothering me, I opened up to him about my life and my loneliness. I know that has nothing to do with car insurance so I quickly apologized, he in return told me no, Anytime you need to talk you can always call me. Who does that? It touched my heart to where I got so choked up it was hard to talk. I'm so thankful I called there for my insurance and a kind soul to listen.
