Gordon DeWaard - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a customer of Gordon Dewaard State Farm Agency for the past 15 years. I have always received excellent service from every employee there. Nancy in particular is very helpful and kind. Started going on my own plan off of my parents this year, it started out great but when I tried getting in contact with Gordon (my agent), I never got an email or a call back. Every time I tried to call I was never able to talk to him directly. Not once was I ever able to talk to my agent, I tried everything. Then I asked to be requoted since I was paying almost $300 just for myself. When I asked they said there is nothing else they can do for me and just to tell them when I get new insurance somewhere else so they can cancel my plan. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend State Farm or using Gordon Dewaard.

I have been with State Farm Insurance Company, Agent Gordon Dewaard in Federal Way WA, for over 35 years. I am very pleased with the exemplary services provided, especially by one employee, Nancy Larson. I highly recommend State Farm.
