Absolute scam. I signed up to help a friend out ALMOST 5 YEARS AGO and have been trying to cancel for about 4. An employee has actually LIED to me about helping me cancel it, only to be continuously charged. Since it's only a couple bucks out of my account every month, I havent made a big fuss about it, but recently they called to "adjust my policy" and I told them I wanted to cancel. They said they would call me at 5pm to do so and then never called me. DON'T get wrapped up in this.

Jake bell contacted me and started and application process. during this process i told him i didn’t want the insurance anymore. he already took down my bank info and later i was charged 62.75 to start insurance. i contacted him again 2/10/23 and asked for a refund. he told me he was going to get me a refund. i contacted him again 3/3/23 and he told me i needed at wait another 12-14 days. to this day i still haven’t gotten a refund. i’m not worried about the money but this is something as simple as giving me a refund.

I did my homework and shopped around. Hands down the most affordable insurance with the best options. My agent Jennifer Jantzen is a personal friend and she is very knowledgeable, professional and answered all the questions I had and several I didn't even know I had. If you want to know what kind of person she is look no further than her amazing children. Most capable and impressive little people I've had the pleasure of meeting.
