I have to say when I read some of these posted reviews I couldn’t help but wonder what the rest of the story was. Shamyra has been my agent/broker for years. I have multiple vehicles and multiple properties, some in almost impossible to insure places…I say almost because where multiple others have failed she has come through. She has always taken the time to walk through my policies with me each year (property, vehicle, business, and umbrella) to ensure there are no gaps and my protection is complete, ultimately saving me thousands in both policy costs and claims deductibles over the years. Her customer service and advice has been above reproach or complaint for the entirety of our relationship. I can’t recommend Shamyra enough!

A very unprofessional person. I switched insurance and would refused to cancel my exisitng policy. She wanted my new policy details. When I asked her, is this the law that you need my new policy? She said no but I need it anyway. She would not cancel my policy and I had to call Goosehead to do this. I had 4 polcies with her. I will switch all of them to a new Insurance broker.
